Martin Roberts, the managing director of Derby-based Neuways, became our first Board member in January 2021. With over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, Martin has vast knowledge in how to help protect businesses against cyber crime.

He has led Neuways, a leading managed support service provider, since 2016, helping clients secure and grow their business through strategising and implementating effective IT solutions. Martin is also the managing director of partner company Neustro, which delivers functional and technical consulting and development for users around the world. He has led Neustro since 2006.

Prior to Neustro and Neuways, Martin was the European IT director of Mondi Packaging (who, at the time, were a division of Anglo American), a senior business analyst and ERP implementation consultant of Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu Ltd, and an IT manager at Remploy.
