Our Skills Development Programme is designed to give top talent from local universities the chance to gain on-the-job experience working within the cyber security sector.
These services are an essential part of our offering at EMCRC, as SMEs often either;

or are unsure about beginning their cyber security journey and would like to learn from a trusted independent source before investing further in private sector solutions.
Our students train to offer guidance to SMEs who are new to cyber security and need help getting started, putting into practice the knowledge they’ve gained at university and learning new skills in the process through mentoring and training masterclasses – an extremely valuable asset to the local community.
