With a degree in Criminology and International Relations from the University of Lincoln, Nicolle has used her skills and passion to serve her community and improve opportunities for local people. As a former District Councillor and Cabinet Member for Safer and Stronger Communities, and a prominent figure in national policy reform, Nicolle is determined to ensure the public’s voice is heard.

Nicolle lives in Derby and is committed to serving her county with diligence, transparency and integrity. She has vowed to create a safer, fairer and more inclusive future for the county, so people can feel safe and have confidence in the police
