As the lead of operations at the Greater Lincolnshire Regional Defence and Security Cluster (GLRDSC), Amy is spearheading efforts to position the region as a national hub for defence, security, and aerospace innovation.

She works closely with industry, academia, and government to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and create commercial opportunities for local businesses. Her focus is on building a strong peer-to-peer network that supports knowledge sharing and capability development across the cluster.

To strengthen member engagement, Amy has developed a responsive events programme shaped by member input, reinforcing the cluster’s “for the members, by the members” ethos. She has created clear signposting opportunities to ensure members can easily access relevant resources, stay informed, and remain actively engaged.

Alongside her cluster leadership, Amy champions the business community through various veteran networks and plays an active role in strategy development for the defence and security sector across Greater Lincolnshire.

Through these initiatives, Amy aims to enhance regional economic resilience and promote Lincolnshire’s leadership in the UK’s defence and security landscape.
