A Police-Led Partnership Safeguarding Businesses Online
Helping to Protect Businesses, Schools and Charities against Online Crime.
Cyber security does not have to be difficult, burdensome or expensive. We know though that it can be hard to know where to start, or who to ask. That's why we are here to help guide and serve you.
East Midlands CRC staff are all serving police employees whose wages are paid by local police services. Any guidance we give is impartial and we will always seek to help where we can in your best interests.
We provide:
Partnerships
We work with regional policing to support local businesses in the East Midlands, to further protect themselves from cyber crime.
We work closely with the National Police Chiefs Council, NCSC and Action Fraud to bring businesses regular up-to-date guidance and resources.
We work with our Cyber Essentials Partners over the East Midlands to allow businesses to achieve the accreditation.
We provide a community to support organisations
giving impartial guidance and help.
Businesses receive regular security information via our newsletter, a free health check and learning resources.
We also offer opportunities for joint working to support our mission to reduce online crime and help protect our economy.
Affordability
We work with local universities to handpick a unique and talented cadre of students.
They deliver high-quality and tailored cyber resilience services.
Each student is gaining the essential skills, knowledge and on-the-job training they need to succeed in the workplace.
For businesses, they will receive a really affordable, high quality service to suit their needs.
